Rupe Enterprises LLC is NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation. The content on this Site, including articles, data, and FAQs, is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Your use of this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Rupe Enterprises LLC. Submitting information through any form on this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with any Attorney. An attorney-client relationship can only be formed through a direct, formal engagement agreement between you and an Attorney.

3. Attorney Advertising & Marketing Service

This Site is a paid attorney marketing service. The Attorneys who receive consultation requests submitted by Consumers have paid a fee to participate in our marketing platform. We do not operate as a lawyer referral service and do not endorse or recommend any specific Attorney. We do not evaluate the qualifications of the Attorneys in our network beyond confirming they are licensed to practice law.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. We make no guarantees about the legal services or success of any Attorney who contacts you.

4. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, data, logos, and software, is the property of Rupe Enterprises LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for its intended purposes.
